Most rapes take are committed by a stranger. 85% of rapes are committed by a person that the victim knows.
A victim who does not fight the assailant was not raped. If someone forces another person to have sex, rape has occurred. Some people may not fight back because they are afraid to do so.
Victims of rape often cry rape to get back at an ex. Rape is an underreported crime and only 2% are falsely reported.
If somebody is dressed in a sexy outfit, then they want to have sex. Consent comes from a person's mind. Wanting to look attractive has nothing to do with wanting to have sex.
If a person takes a person out, then they owe you dinner. A person never owes anyone anything as payment for a date.
If a person passes out because of drugs or alcohol then it is okay to have sex with them. If a person is unconscious they are defenseless therefore unable to give consent.
When somebody says "no" they are playing hard to get. When somebody says "no" they mean "no". If you ignore that then you are committing a crime.
Rapists are people who cannot find a person to have sex with. Rapists usually have a person that would willingly have sex with them, they choose to rape because they like the control.
Men cannot be raped. Both men and women have the right to say "no". Men can be raped.
